Kate is an accomplished visionary, coach, trainer, executive speaker, and management consultant. She is the founder and managing director of The Balance House Limited. She is also an NLP Practitioner, experienced trainer and qualified IT consultant, specialising in Project and Programme Management.

Formerly, Kate was an IT Manager at Vodafone Group (the world’s leading mobile telephone company) for five years, where she provided project and programme governance, advisory and transformation services to IT leaders around the world. Prior to this, Kate held several leadership roles at Energis (now Cable & Wireless) and Shared Medical Systems.
