Leanne is experienced and passionate about all aspects of change management including business planning, effective management systems, coaching and facilitation, organisation design and restructure, communications, high performance teamwork, training and implementation.

She has over 13 years experience as a management consultant in Europe (various sectors; manufacturing, retail, distribution, utilities, aerospace, automotive) and a further 3 years experience in strategic planning, business analysis, programme creation and governance in NZ. All up she has led the delivery of over $80m NZD bottom line benefits for her clients.

Since June 2013 Leanne has been an independent consultant and is currently working as the Head of Business Consulting for successful project services business based in Auckland.

Leanne’s particular niche is helping client companies to improve their management of business performance through focus on leadership, teamwork & behaviour. It's about building good business habits in a “BAU” environment and is particularly relevant after... restructures, defining a new strategy /direction, changes at the top or a significant project implementation to create stability, increase focus and alignment, unify teams and raise productivity.

I was lucky to be part of an organisation that adopted Team Alchemy on a wide scale so I experienced its application many times as both a team member and team leader. The survey results always felt like a fair representation and led to some of the most amazing professional experiences of my career...
